Brakes
- The Nanotec safety brakes have a compact design with flange and offer simple and fast mounting. The brakes are aired electromagnetically and are used in all applications where moving masses have to decelerated in a very short time, and the generated brake torque has to be available even when power fails. They are fitted with asbestos free, low wear friction pads and offer simple mounting through fixed air gap.
- The brake force is applied via compression spring (Brake BW) or a permanent magnet (Brake BKE).
- With all brakes, a voltage of DC 24 V has to be applied for release. Integrated Brakes with connector allow the use in rough enviroment condistions(IP54. Errorfree and easy connection is also assured by this.
- The Nano-Brake-Module (PWM-controller) reduces power- and heat losses up to 35%, allows a higher switching- and lifetime of the motors.
