This interactive, animated demonstration shows how brushless DC motors work. It starts when you move the "Operating voltage / PWM (0-100%)" slider to the left or right. Alternatively, you can also view individual images by clicking the arrows. To select a commutation type or connection (Block delta, Block star, Block sinus or Block sensorless), choose "BLDC motors" in the menu bar below. By clicking the button "Phase schema", you will see the current flow in the windings.
