Screws and nuts for linear actuators

For converting the rotary motion of a stepper motor into a linear motion, Nanotec offers a wide range of lead screws for its different types of linear actuators. They are manufactured of stainless steel in our own factory and come with trapezoidal thread or ACME thread. Wear and friction effects can be reduced by using our Nanolube lubricant.

Matching nuts are available in a variety of versions and forms. The LSNUT threaded nuts were designed for the LSA external linear actuator series from Nanotec. Pretensioned POM nuts compensate the axial play of the screw drive and enable extremely precise positioning.
