GP80 –  High-torque planetary gearboxes

Planetary gearboxes for NEMA 34 motors, 80 mm BLDC motors and 90 mm external rotor motors. Select motor → Request a quote or buy online!

High-torque planetary gearboxes with straight-cut and hardened gears. The GP80 gearboxes come in one- and two-stage versions and with four different reduction ratios.

They can be combined with these motors:

  • NEMA 34 BLDC and stepper motors 
  • BLDC motors with 80 mm flange and 14 mm motor shaft
  • APBA80 series BLDC motors with 80 mm flange and 19 mm motor shaft
  • All DFA90 external rotor motors

The GP80 gearboxes are available with a square and a round flange. 

Individual modifications are possible if required.

Please note:
For vertically installed geared motors, the gearboxes can be equipped with radial shaft seals on request. This way Hall sensors, encoders, and integrated motor controllers are protected from the gearbox lubricant.
