On March 1, Durmus Özcan assumed responsibility for sales management at Nanotec – a leading manufacturer of drive solutions based near Munich, Germany. He is responsible for sales in Europe as well as for coordinating sales activities with the company’s subsidiaries in China and the USA. Most recently, he was the sales director for Europe of Oriental Motor, Düsseldorf. Prior to that, he directed sales and marketing in Germany there for four years. The former professional soccer player brings experience in the area of electrical drives and will, among other things, work on further expanding international business. In his role as sales director, Durmus Özcan is also part of the executive management at Nanotec, recognized as one of the 100 most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany.
