The low-play planetary gearboxes from Nanotec are developed to the state of the art in gearing technology, and manufactured according to DIN ISO 9001. Due to their compact and standardized parts, motor and gearbox are very easy to mount.

Gearboxes for NEMA 23 (56 mm), NEMA 24 (60 mm) and NEMA 34 (86 mm) motors as well as brushless DC motors with 80 mm flange. Available in many lengths and reductions.

  • Rated Output Torque 15 Nm - 44 Nm
  • Efficiency 51 % - 98 %

GPLE80 – Precision planetary gearboxes

Gearboxes in various lengths and reductions for NEMA 34 motors as well as brushless DC motors with 80 mm flange. Available in various lengths and reductions.
  • Reduction Ratio 3  - 512 
  • Rated Output Torque 38 Nm - 130 Nm
  • Efficiency 57 % - 98 %
  • Max. Backlash 7 ´(arc minutes) - 11 ´(arc minutes)
