DFA90 –  Brushless DC flat motor

Flat external rotor BLDC motor with a diameter of 90 mm and a rated power of 130 W for size S und 170 W for size L. The open design without rotor housing ensures optimal heat dissipation – especially at high speeds.

The DFA90 comes with two different windings for 24 and 48 V and is equipped with digital Hall sensors for easy control. This motor is also available with an integrated inductive 3-channel encoder with a resolution of 4,096 CPR (DFA90…-E).

  • Up to 2,720 rpm rated speed/1,670 rpm with encoder
  • Up to 0.96 Nm rated torque
  • 22-pole construction for smooth operation at low speeds
  • Custom windings or shaft possible

Wheel drives for AGVs, labeling machines, knitting machines, access control gates or any other application that requires a compact brushless DC motor are ideal for this external rotor motor. 

Nanotec’s controllers C5-E-2-X, N5-2-X and CL4-E-2-X are a perfect match for this motor.
