GP56 –  High-torque planetary gearboxes

NEMA 23/24 planetary gearbox for stepper motors (stepper or BLDC)

Planetary gearboxes for NEMA 23 and 24 (56/60 mm) motors. In the S version the GP56 gearboxes are equipped with a 12-mm shaft and planets that run on sliding bearings. The T versions of the GP56 gearbox come with a 14mm shaft and reinforced output bearings that withstand higher axial and radial loads. Planetary gears on needle bearings increase the efficiency and service life of the gearbox.

  • One-, two- and three-stage versions
  • Max. output torque up to 52.7 Nm
  • Reduction ratio of 3 to 256
  • Low-noise version available

Please note:
For vertically installed geared motors, the gearboxes can be equipped with radial shaft seals on request. This way Hall sensors, encoders, and integrated motor controllers are protected from the gearbox lubricant.
