GP56-N –  Low-noise planetary gearboxes

Quiet gearboxes for stepper motor and brushless dc motor. Low noise.

Low-noise planetary gearboxes for brushless DC motors and stepper motors with NEMA 23/24 flange (56/60 mm) and the external rotor motors of the DFA68 series. These gearboxes are about 10 dB quieter than traditional metal gearboxes. Thanks to their modular concept, they are quick and easy to adapt to individual customer requirements. Nine different gear ratios are available. 

  • One- and two-stage designs
  • Rated output torque: 1.5 - 11.8 Nm
  • Service life: 5,000 h @ 3,500 rpm
  • With keyway
  • Protection class IP54

Please note:
For vertically installed geared motors (gearbox on top of the motor), the gearboxes can be equipped with radial shaft seals on request. This way Hall sensors, encoders and integrated motor controllers are protected from the gearbox lubricant.
