LGA56 –  Captive linear actuator – NEMA 23

Compact linear actuator with 56 mm flange. The integrated linear guide permits high-precision feeding without additional mechanical components and prevents the lead screw from rotating. The optimized design enables speeds of up to 150 mm/s depending on the thread lead.

• Single stack size with 2.0 A winding
• Two stroke lengths: 19.05 mm or 38.1 mm
• Different thread types
• Second shaft end for encoder optional
• Integrated connector

For customized designs, thread leads from 1.27 mm to 12.7 mm and stroke lengths from 12.7 mm to 63.5 mm are available.

Nanotec also offers motor controllers/drives that can be matched with this linear actuator. 

To add an encoder, use the configure option after selecting an actuator. The LGA56 can be combined with these encoders: NME2-SSI-V15-12-O, NME2-UVW-U15-05-O

Please note:
The force and output power ratings listed in the data sheets are based on a duty cycle of approx. 10% to 20% and must be reduced for higher values. Moving against fixed limit stops should be avoided.
