N2-normalised value, refers to 60000 Velocity Reference Value,
If the actual speed deviates so much from the set speed that the value (absolute value) of this parameter is exceeded, a slippage error is triggered. The deviation must last longer than the time in 831 Speed Error Tolerance Time.
